What horses teach us – horses can enrich our lives and teach us life-long lessons through experiential-based activities and get us InHarmony with ourselves.

These Five Principals are interwoven throughout each of our workshops and experiences below:

  1. Know yourself.
  2. Live in the moment.
  3. Validate your thresholds.
  4. Recognize that words motivate action.
  5. Celebrate your achievements.

The Horse Experience

An opportunity for you to play on the ground and connect one-on-one with horses, both on-line and at-liberty.

Jump into Confidence

You will learn more about yourself and how you interact with others, discover the power of focus and how to live in the moment, understand how words motivate action, identify your comfort zones and respect your thresholds, and get closer and stay longer to overcome your fears or anxieties.

Public Speaking Strategies

These types of games are an opportunity for you to play and connect one-on-one with horses and are completely focused on you, without ropes or halters.

Leadership Development

After establishing mutually agreed-upon ground rules and guidelines, an individual will determine their own comfort level and pace to get the most out of this experience. We will define internal and external thought processes, introduce elements to develop effective leadership skills, evaluate the differences between collaborative leadership vs. hierarchical leadership, all while strengthening active listening skills.

Group Dynamic / Team Building

This workshop teaches you to understand how individuals at the table focus on the project at hand. We will work on handling challenging conversations and recognizing obstacles that get in the way productivity and outcomes. We will work on techniques you can bring back with the group to create a productive, trusting, open environment.

Horsing Around Luncheon

Participate in one of our unique Horsing Around Luncheons with you and up to four of your co-workers, friends, family, or colleagues, followed by a specially prepared lunch.

Over coffee, we start by discussing what lessons horses can teach us. Then we’ll get in the ring and play with them. All activity will be on the ground, at the comfort level of all participants, so no riding experience is necessary.

Horsing Around Luncheons can be customized to fit the needs of the group. Contact us today for a custom quote and to reserve your space!
